WHO ARE WE
Empire State Developments started with introducing the business park concept at The New Administrative Capital in Egypt, “EL CENTRO BUSINESS PARK.” A project that has an exceptional location and unique features, special Spanish architectural and interior design, which makes the project one of the top-notch projects in the area. Then came our second project which is “CYAN RAS SUDR”. A fine resort at Ras Sudr that is full of entertainments, relaxation and cool vibes. Empire State Developments is heading to develop more and more and will not settle down until becoming the leading developer across Egypt.
Empire Group has 33 years of experience. Working in several industries, Empire Group started with the furniture industry in which having wood factory established in 2001 known as “Empire Furniture” and present up till now.
On the other hand, in the construction industry, Empire Group has Empire Construction established in 2003. It aims to consistently deliver eco-friendly world-class finishing in the interior design and commercial construction concept and execute and complete all projects to create an ambiance that will echo the desires of its client’s hearts and to bring their life style in harmony with nature.
Redefining Luxury
The previous experiences led us today to Empire State Developments. Empire State Developments falls under the umbrella of Empire Group, established in 2021. Empire state Developments is a merge between Empire Design & Constructions, El-Hamd Constructions and El-Nile Company Electro Mechanics. The 3 companies when combined together, create a well-designed, high finished interior, exterior and electro mechanical functions.
